Francisco has been judging since 1981, and is a licensed FCI All Breeds judge, and a Specialist judge of all Spanish breeds. He breeds and exhibits the Ibizan Hound, and is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, and has travelled extensively judging throughout the world.
