Eugene has owned and bred various breeds, including Terrier and Working breeds. Since the mid 1960s he has concentrated almost exclusively on English Cocker Spaniels, purchasing his first Cocker in 1959 from Perth. Eugene has bred many Champion Cockers who have won BIS in countries around the world. His prefix is Wittersham. He has judged many Specialties, including an English Cocker Spaniel National in USA and in Canada, and also awarded Challenge Certificates to English Cocker Spaniels in UK. Eugene is licensed for All Breeds.
