Dr. Michel das Neves has been involved with dogs since he was a teenager and started showing American and English Cocker Spaniels. He has bred and shown many American Cockers to their International, American, Brazilian, Argentinean and Uruguayan titles. He has also shown and owned Keeshonds, Pomeranians, Standard Poodles, Dachshunds, English Springer Spaniels, Gordon Setters, Akita's and Kerry Blue Terriers. He is an FCI All rounder and is currently chairman of Grande Porto Alegra Kennel Club in the south of Brazil as well as a committee member of Rio Grande Do Sul Kennel Club.
