Janet has owned and exhibited Doberman Pinscher, Smooth Fox Terrier, Greyhound, Bouvier des Flandres, German Shepherd since 1980. In addition to Canada, she has judged in China & USA. Along with husband Joe, she has over 30 years involvement in the dog world, exhibiting from 1974...initially breeding Doberman Pinschers under the "Dobenhaus" prefix, achieving a Top Breeder award in 1990...and Smooth Fox Terriers under the "Faux Paw" prefix. Janet has co-bred andor owned many champions under these banners and others, and has also been involved with a multitude of other breeds, either as owner or handlercaretaker. She currently remains active in the sport, judging, attending "Specialty" and other "dog" related events and occasionally exhibiting her own dogs ... at present a B&T Coonhound and Smooth Fox Terrier.
