Miklos started in dogs in 1949, and in 1953 until 1965 he bred Hungarian Vizsla and English Cocker Spaniels. Since 1968 he has been breeding Greyhounds and Great Danes. He has bred over 100 National Champions and 14 International Champions. He participates in amateur racing with his Greyhounds, and they hold many racing champion titles. Miklos began judging in 1973 and progressed to an FCI All Breeds judge in 1985.
