Olga started in cynology in 1980 as a member of the Republican Club Cynological DOSAAF BSSR, and also worked as a livestock expert at Kennel Club of Belarus. In 1982-1990 she was an instructor in training DOSAAF Welfare Services Compensation Fund; 1985-1990 a judge on Sports "militarized all-around with dogs" and an expert on the exterior; 1984-present time and during, for many years directed the breeding of Collie (Rough) in Minsk. She has judged in Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and other FCI member countries. Olga advises the creation of programs about purebred dogs in the Belarusian television and radio. She is an international judge for FCI Terrier, Gundog, Hound, and Working Dog Groups, and also Yorkshire Terriers (Group 3). She also advises on the breeding, maintenance and training of purebred dogs.
