Edna has been into dog shows since was a little girl, showing her father's dogs in México, Puerto Rico, and United States. She grew up with Irish Setters, Boxers, English Springer Spaniels, Fox Terriers (Smooth), Rottweilers and Beagles (these two last breeds being her major passion). Edna is a breeder, owner and handler of many American, Mexican, Grand Mexican and international champion Beagles and Rottweilers. She has judged on most international circuits, Grand Mexican Champion, America's Champions and Specialties shows such as Rottweiler - México, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Australia and Canada (Rottweiler Club of Canada); Boxer - Canada (Boxer Club of Canada); Napolitan Mastiff - México as well ATIMANA 2004 (the first Latin American judge to do this in the history of ATIMANA) in México, and in Venezuela; Kerry Blue Terrier - Spain and USA; Akita - México; Top Ten Doberman - México; Shih Tzu - Canada (Canadian Shih Tzu Club); Weimaraner - United States; Borzois - United States; Sweepstakes Beagles - Venezuela (Caracas); Judge for the Dog World Show México 2007 (Beagle, Bloodhound and Best In Group 6 (Scent Hounds)); ATIMANA México 2007 (Dog World Show); Traverse, Michigan, USA June 2007, Perth, Australia July 2007, Sydney, Australia July 2007, Adelaide, Australia July 2007, Ocala, Florida, USA November 2007 ( Working, Sporting, Non-Sporting Club and Terrier Groups. Supported entries for Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and Salukis). Edna was the invited speaker of a conference on the Rottweiler in México for the judges college, as well as for the club de Rottweiler de México, and in Costa Rica. She was also a speaker on Beagles for all the breed judges and fanciers.
