Been involved in showing and breeding since 1970 and started judging in 1983. She got her first dog, an Irish Setter, from her parents for her 16th birthday. Has owned and exhibited English Setters, Irish Setters, Newfoundlands, Dachshunds and Dalmatians. She and her husband Rick have the Fantail Kennels, one of the top producing English Setter Kennels in Canadian history. Has judged throughout Canada and in Australia, Brazil, England, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, USA
