Josie began her judging career in 1994 and she has judged in Ireland, Wales, Sweden, Taiwan, Moscow, Holland, Finland, Germany, Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong, and Norway. She is licensed to judge Utility, Working, and Toy Groups and Best in Show and is currently busy with the Herding Group. Josie is extensively involved with Shih Tzus and Siberian Huskies.
