Dennis shares the Tiopepi kennel prefix with his wife Clare (see above), which has produced in excess of 200 Champions worldwide. He had the honour of judging the Utility Group at Crufts in 1999. Overseas he has judged Best In Show at Championship shows in the Philippines, South Africa, and Costa Rica. He has also judged breedsgroups in Norway, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Russia, USA, Cyprus, Greece, Brazil, the Philippines, Taiwan, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, South Africa, Jersey, Hong Kong, Thailand, Spain, Canada and Lebanon. Dennis has been associated with the breeding of Toy, Miniature & Standard Poodles, Bichon Frise, Beagles, Old English Mastiffs, Yorkshire Terriers, Afghan Hounds, Dalmatians, and German Shepherd Dogs. Dennis has spent over thirty years in administration of Dog Shows as Secretary of an All Breeds Show, and at the same time ten years as Secretary of a Breed Society.
