After serving several terms as President of the American Miniature Schnauzer Club, Wyoma Clouss continues as Judges Education Chairman. Wyoma was honored to judge American Miniature Schnauzer Club Specialties in Chicago in 1997 and 2003, and twice the AMSC Montgomery County National Specialty in 2007 and 2011, and the Roving in Denver 2015. Wyoma was pleased to judge the first National Specialty for the Miniature Schnauzer Club of China, held in Beijing, China, fall of 2007. Wyoma retired after 34 years as a speech pathologist in the Boise, Idaho, public schools. She and her husband Owen entered the world of showing Miniature Schnauzers in 1974. After a professional handler finished their first four champions, Wyoma and Owen finished the next thirty seven Miniature Schnauzers themselves, including eight different group-winning dogs and ten who have won majors at premier Terrier weekends, Montgomery County and Great Western. They also finished one Chinese Crested, and bred several that finished for others. Wyoma has judged a Miniature Schnauzer Specialty in T'ainan, Taiwan (FCI) March 1994, the first Specialty of the Miniature Schnauzer Club of China in Beijing (AKC, slightly modified), October 2007, and half of the VNU All-Breed Exhibition in Shanghai, China (FCIAKC) March 2009, the show in Hangzhou, China in 2012, in Turku, Finland in 2012, an All Schnauzer Specialty in Melbourne, Australia in 2013, and an All Schnauzer Specialty in Mexico City in 2015. Owen Clouss, Wyoma's husband and partner in dogs, judged the Sweeps entry of the Beijing, China MS Specialty.
