Married in 1961, Margaret and her husband Jack bought their first Boxer. In 1963, registered Quo Vadis prefix. Have had Boxers consistently since then, but during the '70's had the top winning Cavaliers, Chihuahuas, and Griffons, fleetingly a Min Pin. During the '80's the top winning Basenjis. Also had some of the first Boston Terriers in NZ, founding kennels in Australia and Hong Kong. imported the first and only USCh Boxer to NZ, his US Ch half sister from the Savoyes, and his nephew. Imported from the UK and Australia and have exported to Australia. Been an All Breed judge since 1981, judging first group appointment in 1971. Judged all over NZ including our National Dog Show and every state and territory in Australia, including three Royals. Judged across Canada, in Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Denmark and South Africa. Longest serving member of the NZKC Executive Council until retirement and had chaired most of their committees. Life member and Patroness of many clubs and currently the President of the Wellington Kennel Centre, NZ's oldest All Breed Club. Serve with the NZVA on the Hereditary Disorders combined committee.
